Both Megafood and the Customer agree to treat confidentially such information that each Party shall furnish to the other, whether provided before or after the date of setting up an account, whether provided orally, in writing, or gathered by inspection, and regardless of whether or not the information has been specifically identified as “confidential”. Such information will be kept permanently confidential by the Parties, their directors, officers, employees and representatives and these people shall be informed and shall be directed to treat such information confidentially. 

MegaFood et le client acceptent de traiter confidentiellement les renseignements qu’ils se transmettent mutuellement, qu’ils soient recueillis oralement, par écrit ou par suite d’une inspection, avant ou après la création d’un compte, peu importe que leur caractère confidentiel ait été établi ou non. Les parties et leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et représentants sont tenus de protéger la confidentialité permanente de ces renseignements. Ils doivent être informés des règles en cette matière et recevoir des directives sur le traitement confidentiel de ces renseignements.
